Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday raised the slogan “Jai Vigyan Jai Anusandhan” (Hail Science, Hail Research) outside the Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) airport in Bengaluru. He was in Bengaluru to attend the Indian Science Congress.
