“ISRO has made us proud again and again. Today, I am announcing that August 23 will be celebrated as National Space Day in India,” Modi said.

The mission was India’s third lunar mission and its first attempt to soft-land on the Moon’s south pole. The mission was a success and it has paved the way for future Indian missions to the Moon.

Modi congratulated the ISRO scientists and said that their hard work and dedication had made the mission a success. He also said that the mission would inspire young Indians to take up careers in science and technology.

“The success of Chandrayaan-3 is a matter of pride for every Indian. It is a tribute to the hard work and dedication of our scientists and engineers,” Modi said.

“This mission will inspire young Indians to take up careers in science and technology. It will also help us to achieve our goal of becoming a space superpower,” he added.

The announcement of National Space Day was welcomed by the scientific community and the general public. Many people took to social media to express their congratulations to the ISRO scientists and to thank them for their contribution to India’s space program.

The successful landing of Chandrayaan-3 is a major milestone in India’s space program. It is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the ISRO scientists and engineers. The mission will also help India to achieve its goal of becoming a space superpower.
